I typically dont like to post on non nerd things, but I did want to take a quick moment to share a great experience I had with a company.  I bought new strings for my guitar, Elixir Polyweb Custom Light, same as I have always bought since I started playing.  Anyway, stringing the old guy up an G-string (hahahaha I get it) inexplicably snaps at the bridge.  I thought no big deal, put my old one on, and shot a quick email to Elixir asking if I can buy a new replacement string.

I get a quick email back saying something to the effect of “dont worry about it, we will take care of it” and then THE NEXT DAY I get this box in the mail with a new replacement string.  Its kind of refreshing to see a company so quick take care of a customer, and standing so firmly behind their product.  I was most likely always going to Elixir strings, but now they have the official Misguidegeek seal of approval.  Not only are they some of the best you can buy, but their customer service policy abides by the same high quality.  Thanks Elixir!
